Today's updates introduce stronger guardrails for completing process steps, requiring deliverables and verified evidence before tasks can be marked done. We have also protected workflows from accidental step removal and made owner chat updates sync near instantly.

• Process step tasks now require a recorded deliverable and verified evidence before they can be marked as done.
• Automatic process updates can no longer remove existing steps without winning an approved A/B experiment.
• Admins can now approve running A/B experiments directly from the Process Improver view once minimum run requirements are met.
• Messages and requests from owners in AI agent chats now update in the system within a minute instead of waiting on scheduled background jobs.
• Verified completion proofs now automatically close their corresponding process steps.
• Fixed issues where short chat requests anchored to the wrong message and intake work misattached to chat roots.
